Sales Consultant – Anya Hindmarch Bespoke
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced full time Sales Consultant to join our busy, friendly Bespoke team. Ensuring every customer feel welcomed and looked after from the moment they enter the store to when they receive their precious personalised pieces requires experience, meticulous attention to detail and instinctive people skills. The role would suit an individual who wants to develop their retail career in a creative environment, who is used to dealing with unique, personalised orders and understands the lifestyle and needs of the Bespoke customer. In time, there may be the opportunity to travel to support Bespoke events outside London and overseas. You will be given excellent training and rewarded for hitting individual targets.

Anya Hindmarch founded her business in London in 1987 and it has since grown into a global brand. Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its ground-breaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts. Creativity, modern craftsmanship and personalisation sit at the heart of everything Anya Hindmarch does.
The Village on Pont Street in London’s Chelsea opened in 2021 as a community of neighbouring stores and a café. In 2008 The Bespoke Store was launched and now sits at the heart of The Village. Customers can have drawings or messages in their own handwriting embossed by in-store craftsmen. From adding initials to a weekend bag to an embroidered monogram on a clutch, countless pieces can be personalised. All of this is part of an ongoing commitment to reconnect the craftsman and the customer: each bespoke piece is – as Anya says – about ‘having your name on something, rather than mine’.
Responsibilities
* Building positive, lasting relationships with customers many of whom return over the years
* Gaining customers trust in helping them produce precious, personal pieces
* Providing excellent customer service in store and with customer follow up by email and telephone
* Achieving in-depth product and brand knowledge
* Working as part of a team to achieve individual and monthly targets
* Managing customer orders from start to finish, including filling out templates with the customer, scanning orders and making sure these are completed by the embosser in good time.
* Maintaining the highest standards on the shop floor
* Able to work flexibly, including weekends

* A natural communicator with a flair for building relationships
* A creative approach to selling
* Excellent administration skills and regard for retail procedures
* Ability to lead the creative process and pay attention to detail
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* A team player who is always ready to go the extra mile
* Able to work flexibly, including weekends
* Calligraphy or other artistic skills advantageous
