Job Summary:
This role offers the best of both worlds: managing client relationships as a Telephone Account Manager whilst providing essential support to the sales function. You will build strong relationships with clients, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. You will need to have confidence to work with technical products and professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telephone Account Management:
2. Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts through regular calls and follow-ups.
3. Address client needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
4. Achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate client records and update account information in the CRM system as projects progress through their life cycle.
6. Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
7. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and maintaining organized records.
8. Assist with processing orders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
9. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and product presentations.
10. Collaborate with other business functions to support lead generation and client outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
* You will have confidence to work with technical products and professionals.
* Experience in account management, sales, or customer service (telephone-based preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
