We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful individual will be based in Camberley working 37.5 hours per week between the business' core hours. Your Role: As a HR Business Partner your day to day remit includes: Gaining a deep knowledge and understanding of Cennox and our business processes, using this to proactively identify internal / external influences, risks and opportunities and anticipate the needs of key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and commercial solutions Building strong relationships with managers and key professionals and to understand and guide people challenges Deliver the full spectrum of HR services including payroll, training and people related matters such as absence management, dismissals, grievance and performance whilst supporting managers on complex employee relations issues Influence and coach Senior managers to drive the business and deliver its strategy Take responsibility for key themes in HR and be the "go-to expert" Lead and manage HR projects, which could include employee surveys, new policies, TUPE transfers, communication for HR initiatives and drive employee engagement Supporting the team with making offers, recruitment and other duties as required Work alongside the HR Director to plan and deliver an efficient and effective HR service to support the business Acting as a recognised expert in employment law, staying up-to-date on case law and best practice to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance Monitor and manage the HR mailbox About you: You will have previous experience in providing HR services, ideally as a HRBP and have a track record of operating within a HR team with positive results Proven experience of working in partnership, building strong working relationships, coaching and influencing senior managers to drive high performance Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach, understanding of business needs and excellent knowledge of employment law Broad experience of managing employee relations with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage own workload to tight deadlines, including balancing, planning and organising multiple tasks simultaneously Able to demonstrate ability to solve complex problems TUPE experience would be an advantage Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages Ideally CIPD qualified or have relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence Team player able to work collaboratively A willingness to travel to different UK&I locations to support the business Your Team The HR team consists of the HR Director and Recruitment Manager.
