ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Manager to serve as the crucial bridge between our product management teams and the broader marketing organization. This role will be instrumental in translating complex product features and functionalities into compelling content that resonates with our target audiences and drives product adoption. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing materials, with outstanding English skills—and ideally French proficiency—to consistently produce content across key regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Create 2-3x weekly content posts for English and non-English social platforms to expand our social footprint, drive brand familiarity, and educate priority audiences in key markets.
* Support regional PMMs and Field Marketing teams by developing localized content for major marketing events such as Stripe Tours. This includes on-stage content, field marketing collateral, and reviewing breakout session scripts, one-pagers, and fact sheets.
* Scale digital channel activity in non-English markets by partnering with regional PMMs and Demand Generation teams. Contribute to campaign content, asset localization, SEO strategies, and paid media content to optimize engagement and conversion.
* Assist regional PMMs in refining localized pitch decks, customer-facing materials, and sales assets. Review and update localized (l10n) materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets.
* Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with product launches, feature updates, and go-to-market initiatives.
* Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to ensure alignment and maximize content impact.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitors, identifying content opportunities that enhance product positioning.
* Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized, and tailored for different channels, including web, email, social, and paid media.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and value-driven messaging.
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of content strategy.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and impact.
* Passion for technology, SaaS, and helping customers succeed through great content.
* French speaking is preferable.
