We are actively recruiting a Crops Input Administrator who will support the Crops Input Team This role is temp opportunity on a 6 month basis, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (on a rota basis) Main duties will include (but not limited to): Responsible for answering the phones efficiently and directing or escalating calls as required Dealing with member queries on the phone or via email Edit and update systems records as required Processing of business-critical data to ensure proactive approach of each department You must have: Understanding of excellent customer service and excellent phone manner Strong organisational skills Customer focussed Strong IT skills Confident using Microsoft Excel Previous experience in a busy administrative roles Able to prioritise and work on multiple things at once Own transport is essential for this role due to location Please apply online or for further details please contact Indiah at Atkinson Moss
