What you’ll need:
* Previous experience in a sales role and a track record of success in similar role
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
* Ability to connect with people and build relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently without supervision
* Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
* A flexible and self-motivated approach to work
* Passion for technology and innovation
* A full driving license
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing key accounts within our customer portfolio
* Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs and concerns promptly
* Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
* Hitting sales targets and pre-defined objectives
* Forecasting order input amounts and timings
* Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
* Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users
* Leading and driving new initiatives
* Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers in Scotland
* Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
* Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
* Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
