About the Role:
You will be working with autistic learners aged 18 and over, using behaviour driven teaching strategies and interventions to support their development of knowledge and skills.
You will be instrumental in enhancing their well-being, independence, and social inclusion, making a significant difference in their lives.
As a valued member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to train and mentor new staff, take the lead in group situations, and deputise for Senior Support Workers when needed.
