What You'll Do:
As our Early Years Leader, you'll:
1. Develop and deliver an engaging curriculum that sparks creativity and curiosity.
2. Lead and mentor a team of skilled early years practitioners.
3. Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and staff.
4. Ensure all activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
5. Champion the well-being, safety, and individual development of every child.
What I am looking for:
1. A proven track record in early childhood education, with leadership experience.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a Level 3 or higher in Childcare/Early Years.
3. A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A creative, organised, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
