It is what the job does, not how it?s done.Manually fit parts to required customer standards and aircraft standards, including inspection of braze jointsCheck components to verify conformity, using tooling and other measuring devicesGeneral maintenance of machinery, jigs and fixtures is required to ensure a clean, safe and healthy working environmentOffer improvements to methods of inspection of product whilst developing best practice techniquesCheck parts for accurate measurements and finish pieces where necessaryShare knowledge and experience and support coaching and mentoring to new employees and apprenticesSupport and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives across Shop Operations.
