Our home is located near Kilmarnock, Scotland and offers residential support for 22 adults with a primary learning disability diagnosis, who may also have physical health needs, or be on the autism spectrum.
Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
