The role incorporates a mixture of commerciality, sustainability, support and interaction with internal stakeholders As an IT Services Advisor (Lifecycle Services Executive), you'll be responsible for: Helping to educate Softcat Account Managers on how to identify and qualify lifecycle service opportunities Helping deliver lifecycle services to customers with a focus on extending the lifecycle of a device by reuse or ethical recycling for end-of-life hardware Aiding and assisting Softcat Account Managers in building solutions based on customer requirements, taking them through discovery phase as well defining and designing the solution Working closely with partners to build out customer solutions based on their capabilities and strengths Co-ordination of the offers received from the partner network and ensuring service level agreements are met We'd love you to have Experience in working in a busy environment handling multiple work streams Team player with excellent communication skills Interest in IT Self-starter, well-organised with good attention to detail Some experience in IT services is preferred but not essential Work in a way that works for you We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
