This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting key functions across Sales, HR, Business Administration, Facilities, and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, technically proficient, and confident working with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and supporting the sales team with client communications.

Carry out a variety of administrative tasks to support HR, project teams, and general operations.

Support HR processes, including maintaining records, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinating training.

Assist in the coordination of facilities management, including contractor liaison, compliance documentation, and supplier relationship management.

Support project management activities, maintaining trackers, updating project documentation, and liaising with relevant teams.

Create and manipulate reports using advanced Excel skills, pulling data from internal systems and presenting it clearly for business use.
