Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality lessons using diverse approaches to enhance teaching and learning.
2. Monitor student progress, maintain records of assessment outcomes and targets, and ensure all students reach their full potential.
3. Contribute to safeguarding and promote the welfare and personal care of children and young people, aligned with the Every Child Matters agenda and Area Child Protection Procedures.
4. Ensure continuity, progression, and cohesiveness in all teaching activities.
5. Set regular homework in accordance with school policy to reinforce learning and foster student responsibility.
6. Track student achievement against targets and take appropriate actions based on outcomes.
7. Model professionalism through personal presentation and conduct.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Maths or a related field.
* Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary or higher education levels.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
