A fantastic and progressive opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a global healthcare support business in their modern offices in Chiswick on a permanent basis. This role has come up due to expansion and offers excellent progression, with salaries increasing with service at 9-15 months, £25,500, then £26,500 at 15 months to 21 months, £28,000 between 21-27 months and a generous salary between £29,500 - £34,500 at 27 months+. The organisation has a global presence supporting close to 100 countries in over a thousand locations with a reputable client base.
Your new role
Your new role will be to support customers with a high volume of inbound calls from global travellers, assisting them with healthcare and security enquiries, advising on available services, booking appointments for treatment, and dealing with claims. You will have responsibility for coordinating authorisation of policies and managing internal and external email queries. You will escalate cases and use Salesforce CRM to record and manage data, negotiate claims, and liaise with third parties globally such as hospitals and clinics.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have prior experience working within a customer service or contact centre environment, excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Packages, and an excellent telephone manner with an empathetic approach. You must be within easy reach of the office in Chiswick as this is an office-based position and be available to start on the 14th of October.

In return, you will be offered a salary of £24,500 with salaries increasing with service at 9-15 months, £25,500, then £26,500 at 15 months to 21 months, £28,000 between 21-27 months, and a generous salary between £29,500 - £34,500 at 27 months+. All candidates are put into a progression program allowing them opportunities to progress their career and salary. The role has an unusual shift pattern with 3 full days worked (12-13 hours) and 4 full days off starting at 7am - 8pm, or 7.30am - 8.30pm, or 8am - 9pm, with shift patterns to be agreed one month in advance. No hybrid working is offered initially, but after 1 year of service, this will be considered. The role offers holiday entitlement, private medical, life assurance, and a day off for your birthday!
