As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project operations and supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) team with various administrative, financial, and logistical tasks. Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator: Work closely with Project Managers, Field Engineers, and the PMO team to support project delivery. Assist in project governance, including structure, processes, procedures, and performance objectives. Monitor and manage project permits and notices, ensuring compliance throughout all stages. Attend PMO team meetings and document action items. Ensure effective management of project schedules and business processes to meet KPIs. Contribute to planning and scheduling work on a weekly basis. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Provide support on other projects as needed and manage any overlaps between finance and project tasks. Assist with bid documentation and project proposals. Required Skills & Experience of the Project Coordinator: Knowledge of industry accreditations such as ISO 9001, 45001, SAFE/CHAS preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
