We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Relief Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Relief Manager will be to provide cover for the management team by looking after the facility, overseeing staff, and assisting residents. You will attend evening activities and undertake various administrative duties for the management team.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Responding to emergency calls from residents and contacting emergency services if required.
* Supervising staff within the dining room/kitchen for the evening meal and serving tea/coffee to residents. On occasions, undertaking a full server role to cover holiday or sickness absence.
* Securing the kitchen area after the evening meal and undertaking a tour of the whole building to ensure it is fully secure at night.
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of evening activities as needed.

* Experience in dealing with the general public, with strong people skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.
* Fluent computer literacy in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
* Good administrative experience, able to multitask and undertake a variety of tasks.
* A cheerful and positive work ethic with a sensible attitude.
