Seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of AV and Event Production solutions across a diverse range of prestigious events and venues. The events range from glamorous private celebrations to high-profile corporate experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Be the primary point of contact from start to finish, handling client enquiries and shaping their ideas into creative, well-costed proposals.
* Ensure projects move smoothly through every stage, from detailed specifications and logistics schedules to on-site coordination.
* Lead crews on-site, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
* Collaborating with venues and suppliers to deliver flawless experiences.
* After each event, help review what went well and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the senior team with reporting and ideas for business growth.
* Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
What we’re looking for?
* Self-motivated organiser with a strong background in live event production.
* Experience with lighting, audio, and video setups, and comfortable both behind a spec sheet and on-site.
* Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and excelling with clients.
* Ability to thrive under pressure with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a team player with leadership ability when required.
* A clean UK driving licence is essential, and applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.
