Role Overview
Hours are 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday
We are looking for a part time Facilities Assistant with an energetic and positive attitude to provide support and assist the Office Manager. This is an active role where you’ll be on the go most of the time playing a key part in ensuring our fast paced office operations run smoothly every day.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Replenish staff kitchens daily with snacks and drinks
* Ensure kitchens are kept tidy and presentable and maintain kitchen equipment e.g descale coffee machines when needed
* Order and receive weekly food deliveries
* Respond to various daily ad-hoc requests from the Directors and Office Manager
* Run errands for the Directors – for example lunch/coffee runs, post office drop offs
* Help ensure meeting rooms are tidy and presentable and set up as needed
* Help with courier collections and deliveries
* Help manage the courier drop off and collection areas within the office
* Distribute post and parcels to the team
* On occasions help tidy the styling cupboard with the creative team
* Manage/organise food storage and general storage cupboards
* Assist in organising social events and seasonal treats for the team
* Address and report any cleaning/facilities issues if standards are not being met
* Daily walk arounds to check for any maintenance/health and safety issues
* Assist in packing, labelling and sending back samples to the warehouse
* Assist with fire safety procedures and keeping first aid supplies fully stocked
* Arrange welcome drinks and snacks when required for external visitors
This list is not exhaustive, you will be expected to carry out other tasks when they arise in order to effectively carry out your role
Requirements

* Ability to form and maintain good relationships with all departments
* Great organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
* Strong team player with great initiative
* Brilliant time management with the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast moving and reactive environment
* Ability to communicate confidently, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, guests, wider team and senior management
* Fluent written and verbal English
* A passion for fashion and the Jaded brand is a plus
