Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP - Ophthalmology
The Cherwell Hospital, Banbury
Full-time, 37.5 hours
The Cherwell Hospital located in Banbury, Oxfordshire was purpose built in 2006 and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands.
This Hospital has a 40-bed inpatient unit, consisting of single or twin rooms and a day care facility. Cherwell is equipped to undertake a large range of procedures, treatments and investigations and it is part of the Ramsay Health Care group and provides clinical care to private, insured and NHS patients.
The Role:
Working as part of our Theatre team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. A strong communicator with exceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients.
What you will bring:
Registered with the NMC/HCPC
Previous theatre experience within Ophthalmology
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
