Job Description: Customer Service Team Member at Ocado Logistics

You will be out on the road in all weather conditions, using automated technology to plan routes and load your van. Your shifts will include evenings and weekends, with premiums increasing your average hourly earnings to £13.95. Paid breaks are included, paying you for every minute at work.

Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No disqualifications in the past 5 years
* Over 18 for alcohol deliveries
* Good communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Contract Details:
* Type: Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours/week, including paid breaks
* Work any 4 days out of 7, with 10-hour shifts (details provided during pre-boarding)
* Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 5:30 AM and as late as 12:00 midnight, with rota provided 13 weeks in advance
