Job Description We are now recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our Adviser Support team on a permanent basis as an Online Support Administrator. The Role This role involves providing immediate Transact Online (TOL) assistance to all our clients including adviser, Discretionary Investment managers (DIMs) and investors. Administrative duties relating to the Sales Support and Client operations areas are a core part of the role to support advisers. As well as ensuring that all queries are answered in a polite, timely and accurate manner to foster and strengthen relationships with our existing advisers and their staff. Responsibilities include: Supporting advisory professionals and DIMs via our Livechat answering TOL queries. Provide reactive and immediate needs TOL assistance via Co-browse function, to all of our user base. Assisting in TOL related adviser queries received via secure email and dealing with literature requests from advisers and their staff. Recognising, qualifying and forwarding Co-Browse leads to both the field based sales team and Online Support Managers. Assist with the testing and release of new functionality both on our internal system and TOL, as well as assisting in the creation of ad-hoc reporting. Supporting new business queries from advisory professionals and to be the point of contact for our DIM users. To promote and increase the usage of TOL with our users and encourage to users self-serve. Support the business with the creation, maintenance and administration of new adviser firms, advisers, secondary users, DIMs, Networks, Appointed Representatives, Trading Styles and Remote Data Service companies. Creating new passwords and sending out password letters to the Transact user base. Person Specification The Online Support Administrator role would be ideal for a graduate or entry level administrative professional who has an understanding of the UK Financial services/Investment Industry, any familiarity with wrapper products would also be beneficial. Customer Service is at the heart of the Transact purpose so a candidate who has experience in this area is essential and any experience managing relationships with financial advisers would be desirable. A can do attitude is vital for this success in this busy role as well as remaining calm under pressure.
