Talent Acquisition Partner
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers across various departments to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs, including short-term and long-term workforce planning.
Talent Sourcing : Utilise a multi-channel approach, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Candidate Evaluation : Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the Chisholm Hunter ethos.
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation, reference checks, and successful onboarding.
Talent Pipeline: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous pool of exceptional candidates.
Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to adapt and enhance our strategies
Requirements Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in volume recruitment, or as a recruitment consultant preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A background in HR with a specialisation in recruitment would be ideal.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
A genuine passion for people and a discerning eye for identifying exceptional talent
