Ocean Unit is our paediatric oncology, haematology and bone marrow transplant day unit. We are the principal treatment centre in the South West for haematology and oncology and an international referral centre for bone marrow transplant.

The ideal candidate for the role will:
1. Be an experienced chemotherapy administrator.
2. Be an experienced, committed, organised, dynamic, enthusiastic forward-thinking individual.
3. Possess excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
4. Be able to develop their clinical skills and participate in continuing their professional development
5. Have experience in solving problems and using their initiative
6. Have experience within a paediatric haematology oncology and/or bone marrow transplant clinical setting
7. Be able to communicate and work together in a multidisciplinary team
8. Have evidence of effective leadership and clinical credibility within this specialty
