Role Overview As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Manage secondary school classrooms during teacher absences. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task. Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment. Uphold behaviour policies and provide feedback to the school after lessons. Ensuring safety of all students and following safeguarding rules. Your role is essential in ensuring continuity for students and supporting school staff. Requirements Experience : Previous experience in education or a similar role is preferred. Skills : Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively. Adaptability : The capability to adjust quickly to different school environments and follow pre-set lesson plans. Safeguarding : A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
