Job Title: Divisional Field Sales Manager
Salary: £40-45k base salary dependant on experience, £3,600 annual car allowance and fuel card
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £70k)
Working Pattern: 3 days field based and 2 days working from home per week

Key Accountabilities:
* Act as a central point of communication between the field agents, Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and the Senior Leadership Team.
* Meet and exceed key revenue, performance, and recruitment objectives by achieving divisional, team, and agent results, and providing daily, weekly, and monthly key performance lead-generation, sales, and recruitment statistics.
* Identify potential challenges and proactively flag them, providing solutions to deliver required outcomes.
* Understand the workloads within the department and actively ensure they are managed efficiently to deliver key targets.
* Objectively assess performance and provide constructive feedback to develop your team leaders and team members.
* Recruit and retain quality lead generation agents on time and within budget.
* Identify skills gaps and needs within the division, and coach team members and leaders where applicable.
* Maximise the skill and growth potential of team members.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all lead generation and revenue targets in your division and establish Smart as the best field-based lead-generation team in the UK.
* Contribute to daily lead generation strategy, including oversight and control of all aspects of the Divisional field team and its high-performance culture.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and converted sales by developing and agreeing targets and aligning commissions and rewards.
* Track lead generation and revenue goals and report results in a structured daily, weekly, monthly, and zonely cycle.
* Oversee the activities and performance of the field agents and teams including the performance management process.
* Develop your field agents and teams through the right rewards and incentives, motivation, training, and product knowledge education.
* Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and drive the best customer experience for your field agents.
* Partner with People & Culture, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and other functional areas to develop and execute strategies which meet and/or exceed defined goals.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years sales/field sales experience in a B2B lead generation position.
* Field-based sales experience within the utilities sector is desirable, but experience in other industries will be considered.
* Experience managing team leaders and managers.
* Proven experience running a successful team, as well as hiring new team members.
* Proven track record of strong coaching, development, and training skills.
* Valid driver's license and car insurance suitable for business use, with access to a vehicle (monthly car allowance and fuel card provided).
