Job Title: Service Desk Administrator
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
Location: Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8.30 – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 weekends to be worked also which are worked independently in the office 8.30 – 4.30

A leading global brand renowned for its high-quality, innovative coffee machines is seeking an experienced Service Desk Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning all jobs to ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowing whereabouts of engineers to maximise job completion
2. Follow processes for all the clients' contracts
3. Supporting engineers
4. Support quotation process
5. Manage and plan the movement of jobs or emergency works
6. General administrative work
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Good organisational and communication skills
2. Good time management skills
3. PC literate
4. Strong admin and scheduling experience
