Our client is a Boutique consultancy that’s doubled in the past year and has aggressive plans for 2025. This UK-based firm helps wealth management businesses optimize their technology. With expertise across the core WeathTech platforms, they deliver solutions in CRM systems, data migrations, client portals, reporting, and training. Led by industry experts, they focus on simplifying technology to drive efficiency and success for their clients.
They seek a WealthTech SME with extensive experience in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for FTSE 100/250 clients and multi-family offices. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full lifecycle of technology transformation projects, including Portfolio Management Systems (PMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The role will see you working closely with the customers to make recommendations and design solutions, so experience within the WeathTech space is key for this role.
Core Competencies:
* Architecture & Design: Proficient in crafting High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Reference Architectures, and Strategic Roadmaps tailored to the unique needs of the wealth management sector.
* Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Skilled in aligning technology solutions with business objectives, enabling scalable and future-ready operations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at rapidly understanding and communicating complex technical concepts to board-level leaders and their teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across all project phases.
* Cost & Benefits Analysis: Experienced in leading cost estimation and supporting the development of detailed planning and benefits realization frameworks to maximize ROI on technology investments.
Technology Expertise:
* Hands-on experience with leading WealthTech SaaS platforms.
* In-depth understanding of SaaS integration and implementation strategies for wealth management ecosystems.
