Kingswood Group are actively looking for an experienced Temporary Administrator to join our team in Rayleigh on a full-time basis for around 3-4 weeks with a potential for this to extend.
Working alongside our team, you'll be responsible for managing, organising and coordinating client files and documentation ready for our office move. We need someone who has experience of managing key organisational projects relating to documentation.

What you’ll do as a Temporary Administrator:
* Organise, manage and create a seamless process for all client files, documentation and office processes
* Physically label all documentation and file accordingly
* Create, manage and run a live excel spreadsheet that contains label numbers, client names, dates recorded and the nature of documents
* Process all sales related paperwork for investments, pensions and protection departments and coordinate accordingly.
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.

* Someone who has experience of managing mass documentation projects
* Experienced in managing confidential information and adhere to GDPR regulations
* Can start ASAP
