This role involves designing and developing products, working with Marketing to ensure effective commercialisation, and collaborating with Manufacturing to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to production. Roles and Responsibilities: Create new product designs and re-design existing products, including detailed layouts, assemblies, and parts drawings. Ensure designs are cost-effective and meet commercial requirements. Define and manage product testing procedures, work with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO guidelines, and address any errors or issues. Oversee the product from initial design through to production, coordinating activities and managing new product introductions to ensure a smooth transition. Assess existing products for potential redesign based on feedback from customers, vendors, or internal teams. Explore new product opportunities and technologies through data analysis and benchmarking. Prepare clear and detailed technical reports and documentation.
