Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating analysers, validating results, and managing phone requests, including add-ons. Your role will cover a 24/7 shift system, ensuring continuous and efficient laboratory operations. Additionally, you will be involved in all aspects of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with laboratory standards and protocols. Your expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to patient care and diagnostic accuracy. Qualifications and Experience: • Relevant qualification in Biomedical Science • Current and valid registration with the HCPC • Post-registration experience in clinical biochemistry • Ideally, a specialist portfolio in clinical biochemistry • Proficiency in maintaining and operating laboratory analysers • Experience in validating results and managing phone requests, including add-ons • Familiarity with working within a 24/7 shift system • Involvement in quality management systems and ensuring compliance with laboratory standards • Use of Roche series analysers advantageous • NHS experience is essential for the role Why work with Pulse?
