Facilities Administrator
Location: Huddersfield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch)
Pay Rate: £25k - £27k P/A
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent
Are you looking for a varied role where you can support office operations while gaining hands-on facilities experience? Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking for a Facilities Administrator to assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised workspace.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some office or facilities experience who is eager to grow, take initiative, and get involved in different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting general office tasks such as mail handling, ordering supplies, and archiving documents.
* Assisting with office maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional workspace.
* Helping with health & safety compliance, inspections, and audits.
* Providing cover on reception as needed.
* Assisting with space planning, office moves, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* Some experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities support.
* A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
* Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Health & Safety knowledge (NEBOSH or IOSH) is beneficial but not essential.
