What you will be doing:
We are looking for an Associate to join our team based out of our HQ in Birmingham. You would work within the Social Housing Development team which encompasses complex and challenging development and regeneration work from either national, regional and local housebuilders, local authorities or registered providers, and gives an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the UK.
Whilst joining part of a well-established division in the West Midlands, there is an opportunity to grow and build business further from either our London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Lincoln, Bristol, Milton Keynes or Leicester offices.
What you will need:
* Strong real estate and development experience with ideally at least 5 years PQE development experience. Experience acting for registered providers desirable but not essential.
* A desire to enhance and build and maintain client relationships, and exceed expectations.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
* The desire to be part of a team and the ability to successfully collaborate, develop, and supervise other team members.
