As a Hotel Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring all hotel bookings, ensuring exceptional customer service, answering internal and external phone calls, and ensuring our team follows company procedures and provides the standard of service expected by the company. What will I be doing?
As a Reception Supervisor at The Devon Hotel, you are responsible for recording and controlling all hotel bookings, communicating with all departments to ensure the highest level of customer care. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Record and control hotel bookings with accuracy and effectiveness.
* Deal with incoming and outgoing calls in an expeditious manner, recording and passing on messages as well as answering all emails.
* Completing day-to-day office administrative tasks including hotel banking.
* Providing friendly and professional customer service.
* Ensuring workstation and office is tidy and equipment is in working order.
* Understanding and complying with company policy on HASAWA, fire precautions, and legal requirements.
* Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships.
