About the role
This role is part of the Learning, Leadership & Engagement team within the Talent COE.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end design & management of Capability Learning, partnering with the Functional Capability Leads in driving the development of a Learning Culture, providing learning thought leadership.
You will drive tangible impact at an individual and organisational level through the development of our people. You will have a passion for learning and the real impact development can have on sustainable business and people growth.
Your responsibilities
* Provide leading thinking around learning design & experiences.
* Design learning experience processes, tools & program frameworks to support the Functional Academies.
* Define user learning experience journeys, working with the Capability development teams.
* Evaluate learning impact and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
* Ensure quality procedural documents (e.g. Training materials, SOPs etc.) are available.

* Strong knowledge, understanding of and experience of learning and development.
* Experience of working in a complex, matrixed and global organisation.
* Demonstrated experience of creating tangible and sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders and leaders at all levels of the organisation is crucial.
* Demonstrated experience of using an adaptable and inclusive mindset that will be needed to facilitate programs across cultural, functional borders.
