We are excited to launch multiple new positions for Sales Specialists to play a crucial role in driving new business growth. As the SME for Network Infrastructure, DC & Cloud Service technologies, you will be the technical guidance during sales engagements with Business & Wholesale customers of VMO2.
You will either have a sales engineering background with a specialism in Network Infrastructure, DC & Cloud Services and experience of cross selling and upselling on accounts with the value of up to £5-10m. Sales Specialists are part of a high performing team that have a high conversion rate on opportunities, achieving up to 40% commission.

The must haves
* In-depth technical and sales experience across Enterprise Networking, both wired and wireless, DC and cloud including Private, Public & Hybrid Cloud.
* Experience working with the following vendors: Cisco, Microsoft Azure, AWS, HPE, Dell, VMware, Pure, and Nutanix.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and directly with customers to build commercially viable technical solutions.
* Experience in collating business outcomes and technical qualifications to provide a Statement of Requirements (SoR) into Solution Design.
* Expertise in bid writing and proactive proposal creation, supporting Business Development in maximizing commercial opportunities.

* Proven track record of delivering to an individual sales target.
* Experience of successfully selling the following solutions: LAN, Wifi, Data Centre, Network, and cloud infrastructure. Private, public and hybrid cloud deployments.
* Confidently and effectively supporting engagements up to and including C-level and the ability to clearly articulate business benefits driven from technical solutions.
* Expertise in following a structured sales methodology to improve overall sales outcomes and foster long-term customer loyalty.
