Humphreys & Co Solicitors are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the post room, and providing support to other members of staff. This apprenticeship would be perfect for a motivated school leaver looking to kick start their career. You will be working towards your Level 3 in Business Administration.
Duties
1. Helping to manage all post room duties, ensuring post is sent out in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
3. Ensure documents and letters are given to the correct member of staff.
4. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all records are up to date.
5. Support financial tasks such as postage pricing.
6. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
7. Provide general clerical support, including typing correspondence.

Apprenticeship Training
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. Next Level can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks online via Teams. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager, and yourself, to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 City and Guilds apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
