Key Responsibilities: Assembly and Installation: Assemble crushing and screening machinery according to technical drawings and specifications. Install machinery at client sites, ensuring all components are properly connected and operational. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, replacing parts as necessary. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality of equipment. Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the equipment. Train clients' personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery. Quality Control: Ensure all assembled equipment meets the company's quality standards. Document all work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Ensure a clean and safe work environment, promptly addressing any hazards. Qualifications and Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the crushing and screening industry or a similar field. Experience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components. Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as precision measurement tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications: Certifications in mechanical assembly or maintenance are a plus. Forklift and heavy machinery operation certifications may be required.
