Role :
As a Producer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering a wide variety of media projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly and effectively, while maintaining excellent client relationships and high-quality standards. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, from £20K to £1M in budget, across formats including video, animation, e-learning, and print. A blend of creative and logistical skills will ensure innovative, client-facing solutions that meet timelines and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
* Take responsibility for managing multiple projects across digital, video, animation, print, and other channels.
* Serve as the primary client liaison, delivering exceptional client service by exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire lifecycle of project deliverables, ensuring that budgets, timelines, and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
* Manage resources and budgets, ensuring all production elements—from freelancers to post-production teams—are sourced effectively.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve project milestones, resolve challenges, and maintain high-quality standards.
* Develop and distribute necessary production paperwork, including schedules, budgets, call sheets, permits, and purchase orders.
* Proactively identify innovative solutions and lead problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to implement cutting-edge strategies.
Skills/Experience Required :
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-channel production projects, from brief to delivery, with a strong focus on video and animation. Experience in print is advantageous.
* Proven experience managing budgets ranging from £20K to £1M, with a solid understanding of resource allocation and scheduling.
* Client-facing experience working with international clients, understanding diverse market needs, and communicating effectively across different time zones and regions.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage several projects at once.
* A self-starter with strong leadership and teamwork skills, capable of working independently while maintaining collaboration within a team.
* Innovative, solution-oriented mindset, able to troubleshoot and adapt in fast-paced environments.
* Strong working knowledge of office software, particularly Microsoft Office. Familiarity with production management tools is a plus.
