Commercial Portfolio Management Market Leading Consultancy Northwest, UK £40,000 - £60,000 (D.O.E.) plus Car allowance & Excellent benefits Ref: AK2021850 The Client & Opportunity A highly respected Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced and MRICS Qualified Portfolio Management Surveyor – Senior or Associate Director level - to join its’ Liverpool office. We are looking for a highly capable individual who will principally be working on a portfolio for a major Public Sector client. Our clients’ aim is to achieve tight control of day-to-day activities, which ensure the well-being, and value of each property. The role covers general practice surveying encompassing all aspects of property management and landlord and tenant matters, including agency and asset management work, providing high-quality advice to clients. Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities The main purpose of the role is to be the day-to-day contact for a high-profile client who requires a premium level service which includes but is not limited to: Tenant Liaison Landlord & Tenant advice & formalities such as applications to Assign, Sub-Let, Alterations etc. Day-to-Day maintenance, repair, and operational issues - liaising with Building Managers & FM Service Charge – Advice, Calculation & Administration Property Inspections Setting up, data entry & record keeping of new properties Negotiation & Provision of advice on Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Covenants Wider aspects of Property Management. Provide advice on the market. Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management assessments. Liaison with legal advisors where necessary - Lease Completion and Engrossments. Advice and responsibility on derelict and vacant properties The above list is a summary but is not exhaustive and other duties may be required. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience MRICS Qualified Minimum 3 years PQE within Property Management High degree of commerciality and experience of business development with existing clients Experience within a professional services environment & working with blue-chip companies. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills Ability to work under pressure.
