My client is a logistics business who due to growth is looking for an experienced Administrator to complement their existing sales team.
This is a busy role where you will get the opportunity to work in several areas of their business.
The role
1. Working closely with the external sales team providing administrative support
2. Raising quotes for both external sales and direct customers
3. Chasing quotes when they are due to expire
4. Liaising with customers and suppliers daily
5. Raise purchase orders through SAP
6. Ensure all deliveries are on schedule and keeping relevant departments informed when any issues arise
The candidate
1. Great attention to detail
2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
3. SAP experience preferred
4. Ability to multitask
5. Experience working to deadlines
6. Comfortable liaising with other departments
