Your Role
As our Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving corporate business to The Standard, London. Partnering with our Director of Sales and the wider Hyatt & Standard sales teams, you’ll oversee our UK domestic corporate market, as well as key international transient business. With new Standard hotels opening across Europe, this role comes with plenty of opportunity to build relationships far and wide—from travel fairs and sales blitzes to road trips and client events.
Your clients expect to be wowed (it’s The Standard, after all), and you’ll deliver. You’ll take charge of key corporate accounts, manage sales tracking systems, handle RFP processes, and ensure every touchpoint—from first contact to final stay—is an experience to remember.
But this isn’t just about numbers. You’ll be our brand ambassador, bringing in new business while making sure our guests feel like VIPs, whether they’re booking a stay, hosting an event, or simply sipping a cocktail in one of our buzzing bars.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and developing key corporate accounts for The Standard, London.
* Strengthening brand awareness in the UK and internationally—think networking events, client entertainment, and travel trade fairs.
* Coordinating requests, itineraries, and services to create wow-factor guest experiences.
* Building relationships with corporate clients, B2B parters, travel managers, and corporate partners.
* Traveling across the UK and Europe to represent The Standard (and have a little fun along the way).
* Tracking sales performance, managing databases, and handling the corporate RFP process.
Do you have what it takes to be our Corporate Sales Manager at The Standard....
This isn’t a ‘standard’ sales job (pun intended). We need someone with miles and miles of personality, energy, and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and know how to keep your cool when things get busy. You’re as comfortable hosting a high-profile client event as you are digging into sales reports—and you always find creative ways to drive results.
In addition to this you will also need….
* 3+ years of experience in corporate sales within the luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hotel sector.
* A solid understanding of the London hotel market, corporate travel trends, and key industry players.
* Experience working with financial, pharma, legal, automotive, tech, media, and telecom industries.
* A knack for developing account leads, managing RFPs, and securing those all-important contracts.
* A creative mindset—thinking outside the box is second nature to you.
* Highly motivated and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a love for problem-solving.
* Experience with Opera Cloud & Envision? That’s a big plus!
