We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Clinical Team Lead (Band 7) who has a specialist interest working within community-based rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be motivated, innovative and confident with complex clinical reasoning and decision making.

You will support the management of a complex caseload and colleagues through mentoring, coaching and teaching sessions. The emphasis will be on providing clinical leadership to prevent hospital admission, support the discharge process from hospital and provide assessment and rehabilitation for patients with complex neurological, long term conditions and falls.
The successful candidate will liaise and work closely with the Therapy Manager and Physiotherapy Clinical Team lead, Community & Specialist Nursing Colleagues, Sidmouth community hospital and the acute hospital, as well as with other therapists within the wider Integrated Health Team.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 with divisional on call on a rota basis 24hr/weekends/weeknights.
