Description
My client based in Liverpool is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team to start immediately. This is a fast-paced role, and as such, a lot of changes and updates within the business can be last minute. Being organised and working under pressure is a must, along with very good Excel skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible and adaptable attitude are also equally important.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining all operational aspects of the accounts payable ledger and the specific allocated supplier accounts.
* Responsible for a portfolio of suppliers, with a focus on excellent customer service.
* Handling and resolving queries in a timely manner through effective communication, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proactively seeking to improve or create processes that benefit all involved parties.
