Job Description
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
* Winning new business in a telesales environment.
* Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
* Sales management experience or at a minimum experience with being a team leader.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* Ability to get to the office in Horsham.
