As an Art and Design Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5. Planning, preparing, and marking engaging and innovative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. Maintaining excellent classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community. Inspiring students to develop their creative skills and achieve their full potential. Required Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). A strong background in Art and Design, with excellent subject knowledge. Experience teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), with the ability to teach Key Stage 5. Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to engage students effectively. A commitment to fostering creativity and academic excellence.
