Required as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our productive and effective administration team. Our school office is a busy and fast-paced environment, and no two days are ever the same. As well as being able to work efficiently as part of a team, the successful candidate must also be able to work using their own initiative.
Typical daily tasks include providing a welcome reception to pupils, staff, and visitors, dealing with telephone enquiries alongside other general office duties. In addition, the successful candidate will support the school’s data management systems (including Arbor, FMS (Finance 6) & Microsoft Office).
Applicants will require a good working knowledge of Arbor, FMS (Finance 6) & Microsoft Office and will be competent in a range of IT skills. A Lancashire County Council (LCC) application form should be marked for the attention of Mrs Paula Mason (School Business Manager) and be received by 6th December 2024 at 09:00 AM.
