About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager for the Office for Public Service Innovation, the first of its kind in the UK. This is an innovative programme driving transformative change through agile methodologies, taking both data-driven and community development approaches to public service innovation.
As Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of workstreams that enhance public services and improve citizen experiences. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure successful outcomes.
This role requires working in a fast-moving development environment, deploying new agile approaches in technical settings while engaging with local organizations. This balances work with data, stakeholders, communities, and national Government to convene and shape the plan for delivery.
This is a 6-month vacancy until 30th June 2025.
About the Person
You will have strong experience in various programmes and projects applicable to our work, gained from different contexts. An inclusive, collaborative, and results-oriented manager, you will balance adherence to process with the need to achieve milestones and outputs. You should be a problem solver, demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, and have the ability to envision the required future state.
