Our client, a small surveyor's firm based in St Albans is looking for a secretary to join their team. The role is part time, Mon-Wed, 09.00-5.30pm. Role responsibilities: Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries Typing and audio typing for Schedules of Conditions, Party Wall Awards, Licence Agreements Land Registry Searches Managing administration from surveyors General administration and secretarial duties Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands and has had experience in a traditional secretary role Has a polite and confident phone manner Is able to confidently use templates, Docusign, We Transfer, Dropbox Strong administration skills and MS Office (Excel, Word) Someone process driven Has experience in the legal sector, or a construction/engineering background would be a bonus.
