Our client, a dynamic and award-winning SME, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team in Burgess Hill. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial functions, including management accounting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and decision support. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, budgets, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and commentary. Partner with departments across the business, providing financial insight and support to aid decision-making. Offer guidance on the financial impact of business strategies and initiatives. Conduct financial performance analysis to support medium and long-term business planning. Interpret and present financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including sales ledger, purchase invoice payments, and expense processing. What Were Looking For: CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or QBE/part-qualified with 3-5 years experience. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail.
