We're looking for a Communications Coordinator – Internal and Business Change to join our dynamic Communications team on a fixed term basis.
In this role, you'll support the day-to-day activities of the Communications team, working across various digital platforms and media. Whether it's crafting compelling content for internal communication channels, producing engaging videos, or assisting with creative design, your contributions will be vital to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop content that resonates with a diverse range of audiences.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our internal channels reflect LiveWest's values and priorities.
3. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver effective communication messages and campaigns.
4. Dive into analytics to assess the success of our communications and recommend improvements.
5. Stay ahead of trends, introducing innovative ideas to enhance our communication strategies.

This fixed term role is offered for 29.6 hours per week and will last for nine to twelve months. You can be based in our Exeter, Weston-Super-Mare or Tolvaddon offices, with the flexibility to adopt a hybrid working style.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following role specific requirements:
1. Have experience in supporting the delivery of communications across a range of channels.
2. Have experience of working in a marketing or communications position.
3. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor the tone and language for a range of different audiences and channels.
4. Be proactive and able to work on own initiative individually and as part of a team, with limited supervision, accept ownership and responsibility and solve problems as they arise.
5. Have excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to work on several initiatives at once and under pressure, and flexibility to deliver to set deadlines.
6. Be able to reflect on and take ownership of own performance for personal development.
7. Be an expert working with Adobe Creative suite (or similar) including video editing software.
